Account & Sign In

How do I create an account?

Tap "Sign In" and choose any provider (Google, Apple, Twitter, Facebook, or Discord). Your account is created automatically on first sign-in.

Can I link multiple sign-in providers?

Not currently. Each provider creates a separate account. Sign in with the same provider you used originally to access your fighters.

How do I delete my account?

Email us at chad@seatfighter.com and we'll remove your account and all associated data within 30 days.

Creating Fighters

What kind of photo works best?

A clear, well-lit photo of a single person facing the camera works best. Avoid group photos, heavy filters, or images where the subject is very small.

How long does fighter generation take?

Most fighters are generated in under a minute. If generation seems stuck, try refreshing the page — your fighter will still be processing in the background.

My fighter looks wrong. Can I regenerate?

AI generation can sometimes produce unexpected results. You can create a new fighter with a different photo or fighting style. If you purchased a generation that failed, contact us for a resolution.

Battles & Multiplayer

How does matchmaking work?

When you join the queue, we pair you with another player searching at the same time. Ranked matches also consider your skill rating for fairer matchups.

I got disconnected mid-match. What happens?

If you disconnect, the match may be forfeited. We're working on improving reconnection support. For ranked matches, disconnects currently count as a loss.

Can I play against friends?

Yes! Create a fight invite from the battle page and share the link with your friend. They'll join your private match directly.

Billing & Purchases

How do payments work?

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store your card details on our servers.

Can I get a refund?

If fighter generation failed or produced unusable results, contact us and we'll work with you on a resolution. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
