By accessing or using Seat Fighter ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Seat Fighter is a web application that uses artificial intelligence to transform user-uploaded photos into pixel-art fighting game characters. Users can battle other players in real-time multiplayer matches.

3. Account Terms

You must sign in using a supported third-party authentication provider to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
• Upload photos of other people without their consent
• Use the Service to generate offensive, hateful, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the Service
• Interfere with the operation of the Service or other users' enjoyment
• Use automated systems or bots to access the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. AI-Generated Content

Fighter characters are generated using AI models. You retain ownership of the photos you upload. AI-generated fighter artwork is provided to you under a personal, non-exclusive license for use within the Service and for personal sharing purposes.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be free of errors, artifacts, or unintended outputs. Generated content may vary in quality.

6. Payments and Refunds

Certain features require a one-time payment processed through Stripe. All prices are displayed before purchase. Payments are non-refundable once your fighter has been fully generated, except where required by applicable law.

If generation fails due to a technical error on our end, you may request a full refund by contacting us.

7. Intellectual Property

The Seat Fighter name, logo, game engine, and user interface are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
